- Martek products have a warranty that buoys are free from defective materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, for a period of twelve (12)months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
-This one year warranty - for floatation and hardware of the buoys - is conditioned to be used under exposure to normal sun, wind, weather, and water conditions. For the damages caused by strong breeze in bad weather, the warranty is void and inapplicable
- Martek will repair or replace, at Martek’s sole discretion, any Buoy Products found to be defective in material and workmanship in the relevant warranty period so long as the Warranty Conditions are satisfied.
- If the product has been used or handled in a way not in accordance with the instructions in the owner’s manual and any other information or instructions provided to the customer by Martek, the warranty is void and inapplicable.
- If the product has been deliberately abused, or misused, or damaged by accident or due to neglect while being transported,the warranty is void and inapplicable.
- If a damaged buoy is repaired or tampered with by someone other than authorised Martek personnel the warranty is void and inapplicable.
- The customer must notify Martek of any defect with the product within 30 days after customer becomes aware of the defect.
-Specifications and design of the product determined by Martek can not be changed and/or modified without Martek's written consent.
- Martek reserves the right to modify the design of any product without obligation to purchasers of previously manufactured products and to change the prices or specifications of any product without notice or obligation to any person
- This Warranty is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser of the covered product and shall not extend to any subsequent purchaser of the product.
